Join Erika for an evening and settle into BTTRCRM’s cakelet. Learn to frost and plate a buttercream cake with the opportunity to wield 1:1 piping instruction. While you enjoy your slice of gluten free cake, exhaust any questions or curiosities you may have about technique, sourcing ingredients, or even how to start an out-of-home-bakery yourself. Each attendee will be provided with the materials to complete a layered cake which they will be able to take home at the end of the evening.

The workshop will be held at The Makery in Redding, California, on Thursday, July 14th from 6-8 o’clock in the evening.

Snacks + beverages will be provided, although you’re more than welcome to bring a personal bottle of bubbly (or whichever elixir tickles your fancy).
